/KASE, December 12, 2019/ – By the decision of the Management Board of the
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated December 12, 2019, the following
amendments to the KASE internal documents were approved:
1) changes and amendments No. 5 to the Specifications of KAZ Minerals PLC’s
ordinary shares futures
2) changes and amendments No. 3 to the Specifications of KazTransOil’s ordinary
shares futures;
3) changes and amendments No. 3 to the Specifications of Kcell’s ordinary shares
futures;
4) changes and amendments No. 4 to the Specifications of Halyk Savings Bank of
Kazakhstan’s ordinary shares futures.
These amendments were made to introduce the provisions on application of said
Specifications. Besides, the texts of the documents have been proofread.
