Bonds KZ2C00006344 (TCOMb1) of Transtelecom underwent listing procedure on KASE by category "bonds" of the main market

/KASE, December 12, 2019/ – By the decision of the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of December 11, 2019, bonds KZ2C00006344 (KZT1,000, KZT22.0 bn; 12 years; semi-annual coupon 11.50$ APR; 30/360) of Transtelecom (Nur-Sultan) were included in KASE Official List main market's "bonds" category. The date of the entry into force of this Listing Commission decision’s will be communicated later after the issuer fulfils the terms set in item 1 of Chapter 5 of Appendix 2.2 to KASE internal document "Listing Rules". Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. Private Asset Management (Almaty) is the financial advisor of Transtelecom. These bonds were assigned abbreviation (ticker) TCOMb1. Transtelecom’s main activities are telecommunications, digitalization and system integration in the fields of IT, telecommunications, automation and energy industry.
