/KASE, December 12, 2019/ – Joint Resources (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of its sole shareholder dated December 11, 2019, Independent auditing
company "Centeraudit-Kazakhstan" LLP was chosen as the auditing company carrying
out the audit of the company for 2019.
