/KASE, December 10, 2019/ – Kazakhtelecom (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notifies KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on January 14, 2020
at 3:00 p.m.
The only issue on the meeting agenda is "Setting the amount and terms of payment
of remuneration and compensation of expenses to the chairman of Board of Directors
of Kazakhtelecom".
