/KASE, December 6, 2019/ – Mangistaumunaigaz (Aktau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of its sole shareholder dated December 6, 2019:
- to distribute the company's retained earnings as of June 30, 2019 in the
amount of KZT65,367,600,000 on payout of dividends based on H1 2019
results as follows:
- to define the amount of dividend per ordinary and preferred share at
KZT600;
- dividends on preferred shares in the amount of KZT653,676,000 will be
payable and will be transferred on December 11, 2019;
- dividends on ordinary shares in the amount of KZT64,713,924,000 will be
payable and will be transferred on December 12, 2019;
- the procedure and form of dividend payout – by wireless transfer to
shareholders' bank accounts.
