/KASE, December 5, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you
that from December 5, 2019 trading in bonds KZ2C00004554 (KASE main
market, category "bonds", CCBNb32) of Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) was
resumed on KASE.
Trading in said bonds was suspended on KASE from November 15, 2019 due
to conduct on November 15, 2019 of a general meeting of holders of said
bonds.
Trading in said bonds was resumed after KASE received amendments to the
issue prospectus of said bonds registered by the National Bank of the Republic
of Kazakhstan on November 27, 2019. Those amendments, in particular,
specified the issuer's right to early repurchase of bonds during the entire
circulation period, as well as to repurchase at the same time with payout of
accrued interest as of the bonds repurchase date.
Central Securities Depository in its letter of December 4, 2019 announced that
from October 4, 2019 registration of transactions in said bonds was resumed in
its accounting system.
