/KASE, December 4, 2019/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of bonds
KZ2P00006315 (KASE alternative market, category "bonds", QSHDb1; KZT1,000,
KZT18.4 bn; 10 years; quarterly coupon 23.00 % APR; 30/360) of QS Holding LLP
(Almaty) is conducted in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE,
or the Exchange) today by way of subscription to them.
Kazkommerts Securities (subsidiary of Kazkommertsbank) acts as the seller
(hereinafter – the Seller) during the subscription to said bonds.
The number of bonds being offered – 18,400,000 pieces, price per bond – KZT1,000.
Orders for the subscription will be collected on December 4, 2019 from 11:30 to
12:30 o'clock Almaty time (ALT).
The security ticker during the subscription is QSHDb1. During the subscription
only limit orders that were submitted to KASE's trading system by the closed
method will be collected.
The number of bonds in an order is indicated in pieces. The subscription
conditions contain no restrictions on buyers with regard to the maximum
number of bonds in orders submitted.
The date of provision to the Seller of the register of orders accepted by the
Exchange is December 4, 2019; the date of provision of the register of
executed orders by the Seller to the Exchange is December 4, 2019; the
settlement date is December 4, 2019. The Central Securities Depository JSC
will carry out settlements.
Orders for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange only

According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the issuer of said bonds includes the following
information:
1) the surname, first name, patronymic (if any) of the individual or the name of
the legal entity;
2) IIN of an individual or BIN of a legal entity.
