/KASE, November 28, 2019/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder dated
November 21, 2019, the following persons were elected to the composition of
its Board of Directors:
- A. Mamin, Chairman of the Board of Directors;
- T. Suleimenov, A. Smailov, R. Sklyar, R. Dalenov, B. Atamkulov, A.
Arifkhanov, Claus Mangold, Thomas Mirow, Philip Yeo – members of the
Board of Directors.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of National managing
holding "Baiterek" consists of 10 persons.
