International bonds XS1713475132, US48669DAA00 (TMJLe6) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy removed from KASE official list as of November 28 due to early redemption

/KASE, November 28, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you that as of November 28, 2019 international bonds XS1713475132, US48669DAA00 (KASE main market, category "bonds", TMJLe6; USD780.0 mln; 17.11.17 – 17.11.27; semi-annual coupon 4.850 % APR, 30/360) of NC Kazakhstan temir zholy (Nur-Sultan) were removed from KASE official list due to their early redemption. NC Kazakhstan temir zholy has in an official letter dated November 27, 2019 informed KASE about an early complete redemption of said bonds on November 22, 2019. The Central Securities Depository has in an official letter dated November 27, 2019 informed KASE that the early redemption of said bonds was registered in its accounting system. Said bonds were included in KASE official list's main market's "bonds" category on November 17, 2017. Trades in them opened on February 16, 2018. Following a decision of KASE's Management Board trading in said bonds was suspended from November 19, 2019. Said bonds were traded on KASE according to scheme Т+0 with settlement in Kazakh tenges with the ticker TMJLe6 and according to scheme Т+2 with settlement in US dollars with the ticker TMJLe6_USD.
