/KASE, November 27, 2019/ – Subsidiary Bank "Home Credit and Finance Bank" (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about a decision of the Board of Directors dated November 25, 2019
"to approve setting up a subsidiary of the Bank in the Russian Federation for
purposes of issuing and offering securities in form of an OJSC named "Alma Finance".
