/KASE, November 26, 2019/ – KazTransCom (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by the decision
of the General Meeting of Shareholders of November 22, 2019 the following changes
were made to the makeup of the Board of Directors:
- M.A. Abdrakhmanov, a member of the Board of Directors, Zh.B. Sydykov, a member
of the Board of Directors and Stuart Evers, an independent director, have been
excluded;
- M.A. Abdrakhmanov, a member of the Board of Directors, G.M. Ikhsan, a member of
the Board of Directors and A.S. Karabayev, an independent director, have been
elected.
Given these changes, currently, KazTransCom’s Board of Directors consists of
three people: M.A. Abdrakhmanov, G.M. Ikhsan and A.S. Karabayev.
