/KASE, November 26, 2018/ – Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" (Aktobe),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that "on 14.11.2019 the Board of managing directors of the company
"Gemini Mining B.V." took a decision on cancelling a decision taken on
15.08.2018 on intention to sell 56,236 pieces of ordinary shares it held, in
issued and free float at 60,717$".
