/KASE, November 26, 2019/ – KazAgro National Management Holding (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by the sole shareholder’s decision of November 19, 2019 the
following people were elected to the Board of Directors:
- R.V. Sklyar, a member of the Board of Directors,
- S.K. Omarov, a member of the Board of Directors,
- B.Sh. Sholpankulova, a member of the Board of Directors,
- Zh.Kh. Madiyev, a member of the Board of Directors,
- E.Sh. Karashhukeyev, a member of the Board of Directors,
- Igor Abramov, a member of the Board of Directors, an independent director,
- Michael Weinstein, a member of the Board of Directors, an independent director,
- Jörg Andreas Dinkelaker, a member of the Board of Directors, an independent
director.
Given these changes, currently, KazAgro National Management Holding’s Board of
Directors consists of eight people.
