/KASE, November 22, 2019/ – KazTransGasAimak (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated November 20, 2019:
- to increase the number of the company's authorized ordinary shares to
557,760 pieces;
- to offer ordinary shares of the company in the number of 557,760 pieces at
an offering price of KZT10,000 per share by paying cash in the amount of
KZT5,577,600,000 for purchase by the company of software and counting
devices;
- KazTransGas according to the specified procedure in accordance with the
preemptive purchase right shall purchase 557,760 shares at an offering
price of KZT10,000 per share by paying cash in the amount of
KZT5,577,600,000.
