/KASE, November 21, 2019/ – AMF Group (Nur-Sultan), whose securities
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders by an absentee voting will
take place on December 24, 2019.
The agenda includes the issue of allocation of part of net income to dividends
on ordinary shares for 2019.
