/KASE, November 18, 2019/ – KazAgroFinance (Nur-Sultan, hereinafter – the
company), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has informed KASE about the following:

On November 14, 2019 Fitch Ratings assigned to the issue of senior unsecured
bonds of the Company the expected long-term rating "ВВ+(EXP)" and expected
national long-term rating "AA(kaz)(EXP)". 5-year KZT-denominated bonds will be
issued under the second bond program of the Company in the amount of KZT20
bn.
