/KASE, November 13, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that
trading in bonds KZ2C00004554 (KASE main market, category "bonds", CCBNb32) of
Bank CenterCredit (Almaty) will be suspended on KASE as of November 15, 2019.
This decision was made due to the General Meeting of holders of these bonds to
be held on November 15, 2019, which will consider making amendments to the terms
of issue of these bonds.
Trades in these bonds on KASE will be resumed on the next working day after
receipt of relevant changes to the issue prospectus of these bonds by KASE and
confirmation from Central Securities Depository on resuming their placement and
circulation in its accounting system.
