/KASE, November 13, 2019/ – Fincraft Group (Almaty, former name – Novacom Corporation),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated
November 11, 2019, the following changes were made to the composition of the
Management Board:
- Zh. Bazarbaeva – deputy Chairman of the Management Board, removed;
- B. Ibragimuly – deputy Chairman of the Management Board, appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Fincraft Group
consists of five persons: K. Rakishev, A. Orumbaeva, B. Ibragimuly.
