/KASE, November 11, 2019/ – Karazhyra (Semei), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified of a decision of an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on October 21, 2019, to
choose Ernst & Young LLP as the company's auditor for nine months and twelve
months of 2019.
