MRC of Russia will give back Kazakhstan cereals to NC Kazakhstan Temir Zholy in the nearest future

/Kazakhstan today, January 20, 03/ - Minister of railway communications of Russia Gennadiy Fadeyev confessed the fact of damaging NC Kazakhstan temir zholy CJSC (KTZh) "because of seizure of Kazakhstan carriages-grain carriers on Russian railroads" and gave "principal agreement for covering of deficit of specialized carriages over the technical plan, which had been set by MRC". About this KZ-today was informed by the press-service of KTZh CJSC. As was informed before, because of unapproved seizure of Kazakhstan grain carriers abroad, there is deficit of cargo rolling-stock in Kazakhstan, and as the result of it realization of programs of Kazakhstan bread export abroad is at stake. According to KTZh's information about 40% of Kazkahstan grain carriers in the past autumn served exporters of agricultural production of other CIS countries. This, was noted in the company, occurred because of imperfection of legal norms, which regulate giving back of grain carriers to sending country. Besides, was informed in the company, achievement of agreement with MRC of Russia allowed to quickly increase volume of bread loading into railway carriages in the northern region of the republic. According to the first two weeks of January, in the average 486 grain carriers are used for loading in Kazakhstan, and daily giving back of this type of carriages is about 454 units. According to the information of KTZh's press-service, since the beginning of this year volume of grain unloading in northern regions of Kazakhstan was more than 68 th. tons that covered the record level of the most fruitful years of Soviet period equaling to 65 th. tons. Besides, as was informed before, during the meeting of the President of KTZh CJSC Yerlan Atamkulov and the Minister of railroad communications of Russia Gennadiy Fadeyev in Moscow there was signed agreement act for delivery of railway carriages made in Russia to Kazakhstan as paying back of Russia's indebtedness for rent of cosmodrome Baikonur. At present there has been started examination of real needs of railroad in Kazakhstan in soonest substitution of these or those types of rolling-stock. According to results of monitoring there will be formed order for Uralskiy enterprise Uralvagonzavod for delivery of sets for producing of necessary types of carriages.
