/KASE, November 6, 2019/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe reg.), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), notifies KASE that its
shareholders’ Extraordinary General Meeting by absentee voting will be held on
December 20, 2019.
The meeting agenda includes the following issues:
- approval of the agenda of the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting;
- choosing an audit firm to conduct the company’s audit for 2019.
