/KASE, November 4, 2019/ – Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant (East Kazakhstan region),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated October 30,
2019 the composition of the Board of Directors was changed as follows:
- D. Beksoltan – member of the Board of Directors – removed;
- A. Zhaksymbai – member of the Board of Directors – appointed.
Taking into account changes made, the Board of Directors of Ust-Kamenogorsk
Poultry Plant consists of six persons: S. Tolukpaev, E. Yunusova, A. Li,
B. Zhamishev, A. Dmitriev, A. Zhaksymbai.
