the following press release dated November 4, 2019:

"KazTransOil" JSC, implementing the program for ensuring reliable and safe
operation of production facilities eliminated 1105 defects of the main oil trunk
pipeline during January-September of 2019. The defects to be repaired were
identified in 2014-2018 as a result of in-line diagnostics on the sections of
the main oil trunk pipelines "Zhanazhol-Kenkiyak", "Alibekmola-Kenkiyak",
"Kenkiyak-Orsk", "Uzen-Atyrau-Samara", "Martyshi - Atyrau", "T. Kasymov NPS -
NPS "663km" - ANPZ", "NPS "663km" – ANPZ", "Komsomolsk-Makat", "Prorva-Kulsary",
"NPS-3 - Kosshagyl", "Uzen – Zhetybay-Aktau" (2 - line), "Kalamkas – Karazhanbas –
Aktau", "Northern Buzachi-Karazhanbas", "Kumkol-Karakoin" D530mm, "Kumkol-Karakoin"
D720mm, "Kumkol-Karakoin" D820mm, "Pavlodar-Shymkent", "Omsk-Pavlodar".
"In particular, two segments with defects were cut out and the linear valve of
the oil pipeline was replaced at the Head Oil Pump Station (HOPS) of
"Pavlodar" – HOPS "Atasu" section of "Pavlodar-Shymkent" main oil pipeline.
A temporary repair structure was cut out and a plunger valve was conserved at the
technological section HOPS "Atasu" - HOPS "Dzhumagaliev" of "Pavlodar-Shymkent"
