whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about decisions of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders dated October 24, 2019:
- to choose NAC Centraudit-Kazakhstan LLP as the company's external auditor for 2019;
- to approve selling of shares of Insurance company "STANDARD".
