/KASE, October 28, 2019/ – Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS" (Aktobe region),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE about selling on October 23, 2019 of "a 10% stake representing
44,989 ordinary shares of Subsidiary company "Aktobe-Temir-VS", held by a
shareholder, "AQPAN ASSETS" LLP, to a legal entity, "CapitalInvest" LLP".
