/KASE, October 28, 2019/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia, whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with
copies of registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its bonds KZ2C00003200
(KASE main market, category "bonds", SBERb11; KZT1, KZT50.0 bn; 10 years;
semi-annual coupon 8.50 % APR; 30/360) and the certificate of state registration
of a bonds issue under a bond program of October 18, 2019 replacing the one
issued earlier.
According to said documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to said bonds' issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to a change of the maturity of
said bonds;
- the maturity was changed from 10 years to 7 years;
- the interest rate will be determined based on results of the first successful
trading session for offering of said bonds;
