listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about a decision
of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on October 11, 2019,
to pay out dividends on ordinary shares KZ0009093704 (KASE main market,
category "standard", KZCR) and preferred shares KZ0009089744 (KASE main market,
category "standard", KZCRp) for the first half-year of 2019 at KZT303.86 per share.
