/KASE, October 25, 2019/ – ASTEL (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of the
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on October 23, 2019.
Shareholders also took the following decisions:
- to approve the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of the
company's shareholders;
- to participate in the setting up of a consortium jointly with "Temirzhol
Zhondeu" LLP, "Far Eastern Electronic Toll Collection CO." LLC, "Computer
Vision Technologies" LLP, for purposes of participation of that consortium in
a tender of NC KazAutoZhol for selecting the investment project for installation
and service of the republican toll road system by way of one-stage
two-envelope tender.
A total of three decisions were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
