/KASE, October 24, 2019/ – Cenral Securities Depository provided to Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) an extract from the shareholders registers system of "Fund of Problem Loans" as of October 1, 2019. According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 60,677,925 units, preferred shares - 125,000 units; - 60,539,600 common shares and 62,093 preferred shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Government institution "Government Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
