/KASE, October 18, 2019/ – Leasing Group (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that "the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of Leasing Group scheduled for October 16, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. failed to take place due to absence of quorum just as the repeated EGM scheduled for October 17, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. failed to take place due to absence of quorum."
