/KASE, October 18, 2019/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that the
Extraordinary General Meeting of its shareholders will start on November 18,
2019 at 11:00 a.m. with the following agenda:
- on the approval of the agenda of the company’s Extraordinary General Meeting
of shareholders;
- on concluding major interested party transactions by the company;
- on concluding the transaction on acquiring subsoil user rights by the company.
