/KASE, October 15, 2019/ – Altyntau Kokshetau (Akmola region), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE of
decisions of its sole shareholder dated October 7, 2019:
- to approve Deloitte LLP as the auditor of 2019 financial statements;
- to approve the additional distribution of the net income in form of dividends
in the amount of USD62,414,000. To fix the dividend amount per ordinary
share at USD156.035.
