/KASE, October 11, 2019/ – Shubarkol komir (Karagandy), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about decisions of an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders held on
September 26, 2019:
- to terminate powers of A. Safonov, a member of the Board of Directors,
ahead of schedule;
- to appoint R. Ibragimov to the company's Board of Directors, as a
representative of the company's major shareholders.
