/KASE, October 9, 2019/ – Kaspi.kz (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed
on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of an
extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on October 8, 2019:
- to approve the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders;
- to pay out dividends at KZT175 per share. To pay out dividends in cash. The
dividend payout start date is October 8, 2019. The period for which the payout
is made is 2018, six months of 2019.
