/KASE, October 4, 2019/ – Zhairem Mining and Concentrating Complex (Karagandy
region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
has informed KASE that following a decision of the Board of Directors dated
October 1, 2019 the following changes were made to the Management Board:
- removed A. Burkovskiy – Chairman of the Management Board;
- appointed S. Bartosh – Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account said changes, the Management Board of Zhairem Mining and
Concentrating Complex consists of three persons: S. Bartosh, A. Burkovskiy,
U. Malimbaev.
