According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C60100019 of the company makes up 1,300,000 units; - 1,120,269 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is KS HOLDING GROUP S.A.R.L.
