According to the mentioned extract: - the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C51260012 of the company makes up 5,000,000 units; - 2,000,000 common shares of the company are outstanding; - the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is Centras Invest LLP.
