/KASE, September 27, 2019/ – AstanaGas KMG (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on October 29, 2019
at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda as follows:
- approval of the revised provisions on the Board of Directors;
- conclusion by the company of a major deal.
