/KASE, September 26, 2019/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" (Nur-Sultan),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that following a decision of its sole shareholder dated
September 19, 2019, the following changes were made to the composition of its
Board of Directors:
- Zh. Kasymbek, a member of the Board of Directors, has been excluded;
- B. Atamkulov, a member of the Board of Directors, has been appointed.
Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of National managing
holding "Baiterek" consists of ten persons: A. Mamin, A. Smailov, R. Sklyar, T.
Suleimenov, R. Dalenov, B. Atamkulov, A. Arifkhanov, Claus Mangold, Thomas
Mirow, Philip Yeo.
