/KASE, September 27, 2019/ – As announced earlier, an initial offering of
indexed bonds KZ2C00006153 (KASE main market, category "bonds", KZAPb2; KZT1,000,
KZT70.0 bn; 61 months; annual coupon 4.00 % APR; 30/360) of National Atomic
Company "Kazatomprom" (Nur-Sultan) is conducted in the trading system of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE, or the Exchange) today by way of subscription
to them.
Subsidiary of Halyk Savings Bank of Kazakhstan "Halyk Finance" is acting as the
seller (hereinafter – the Seller) during the subscription to said bonds.
The number of bonds being offered – 70,000,000 pieces, the price of one bond –
KZT1,000.
The subscription orders will be collected on September 27, 2019 from 10:30 to
11:00 o'clock, Almaty time (ALT).
The security ticker during the subscription – KZAPb2. During the subscription
only limit orders will be collected that were submitted to KASE trading system
by the closed method.
The number of bonds in an order is indicated in pieces. The subscription
conditions contain no restrictions on buyers with regard to the maximum number
of bonds in orders submitted.
The Seller shall receive the registry of orders collected by the Exchange on
September 27, 2019; the Exchange shall receive the registry of executed
orders on September 27, 2019; the settlement date is September 27, 2019.
The Central Securities Depository will carry out settlements.
Applications for participation in the subscription are submitted to the Exchange

According to this subscription's terms the list of additional information on the
investor disclosed to the issuer of said bonds must include:
1) the surname, first name, if available – patronymic of the individual or the
name of the legal entity;
2) IIN of the individual or BIN of the legal entity;
3) citizenship of the investor – an individual or the country where the
investor – the legal entity was incorporated.
