/KASE, September 23, 2019/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Management Board dated September 20, 2019 bonds
KZ2C00006211 (BASPb4; KZT1,000, KZT70.0 bn; 24 months, annual coupon 8.50 % APR;
30/360) of "Baspana" Mortgage organization (Almaty) were included in the "bonds"
category of KASE official list's alternative market.
This decision of the Management Board is effective as of September 23, 2019
since the mentioned issuer fulfilled terms of sub-item 2) of item 1 of chapter 5
of appendix 2.2 to KASE's internal document "Listing Rules".
Opening of trading in said bonds on KASE will be communicated later.
