KASE Management Board decided to include Baspana Mortgage Organization’s bonds KZ2C00006211 (BASPb4) in KASE Official List alternative market’s 'bonds' category

/KASE, September 20, 2019/ – By the decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) of September 20, 2019, bonds KZ2C00006211 (KZT1,000, KZT70.0 bn; 24 months; annual coupon 8.50% APR; 30/360) of Baspana Mortgage Organization (Almaty) were included in KASE Official List alternative market's category 'bonds'. The date of this Management Board decision’s entry into force will be communicated later after the issuer fulfils the terms set forth in paragraph 6 of Chapter 1 of Appendix 2.4 to KASE internal document 'Listing Rules'. Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. This is the first issue within the first bond program of Baspana Mortgage Organization registered by the National Bank of Kazakhstan on September 13, 2019 for the total amount of KZT200.0 bn. These bonds were assigned an abbreviation (ticker) BASPb4. More details of said shares issue will be released on KASE website upon entry. [2019-09-20]
