/KASE, September 19, 2019/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated September 13, 2019, David
Connal Cather was appointed a member of the Board of Directors – and
independent director.
Taking into account said change, the Board of Directors of AK Altynalmas
consists of four persons: V. Jumanbaev, D. Kanashev, Scott Douglas Morrison,
David Connal Cather.
