/KASE, September 18, 2019/ – Kaspi.kz (Almaty, hereinafter – the Company), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided
KASE with copies of registered amendments to the issue prospectus of its shares
and a certificate of state registration of securities issue dated September 16,
2019 replacing the one issued earlier.
According to the mentioned documents:
- National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan (National Bank) has registered
amendments to the Company's share issue prospectus;
- the mentioned certificate was replaced due to an increase in the number of
authorized shares of the Company and was issued taking into account 210,000,000
ordinary shares of the Company that were placed earlier;
- the issue was divided into 216,742,000 ordinary shares KZ1C00001536.
