/KASE, September 13, 2019/ – Karazhyra (Semei), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on October 21,
2019 at 10:00 o'clock, with the meeting agenda as follows:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders;
- choosing the auditing firm for auditing of the company for nine and 12
months of 2019.
