/KASE, September 13, 2019/ – BAST (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a
decision of the general meeting of shareholders on September 10, 2019,
R. Ospanov was appointed a member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of BAST consists
of six persons: V. Ospanov, R. Temirgaliev, A. Tashtitov, A. Sirazitdinov, E.
Romanyuk, R. Ospanov.
