/KASE, December 27, 02/ - Today during trades on state blocks of shares (SBS) of Corporation Kazakhmys OJSC (Zheskazgan) at Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) SBS consisting of 982,307 common inscribed shares (20.0% of authorized capital of Corporation Kazakhmys OJSC, SBS's trade code - NZ_KZMS_20) was sold by single lot for KZT28,662,735,953.00 or USD184,018,592.40 at determined today weighted average stock exchange's rate of KZT to USD (KZT155.76 for dollar). Whereas the starting price was KZT20 th. per share ($128.4) the block was sold at KZT29,179.00 or USD187.33 per share. Trades in block consisting of 228,577 common inscribed shares (4.65% of the authorized capital, code NZ_KZMS_4.65), which is sold without lot limits (lot consists of one share), is being continued.
