/KASE, September 6, 2019/ – AK Altynalmas (Almaty), whose shares are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE of "concluding the
Addendum No. 10 to Contract No. 653 dated April 18, 2001 for exploration and
production of gold-bearing ores at Aksakal-Beksempir deposit in Zhambyl region of
the Republic of Kazakhstan between the Ministry of Investment and Infrastructural
Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Competent Authority) and AK Altynalmas
(Subsoil user) on August 29, 2019".
