/KASE, August 5, 2019/ – Batys tranzit (Almaty), whose bonds are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that an
extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on September 2,
2019 at 12:00 o'clock, with the meeting agenda including four issues, in
particular the issue of dividend payout on the company's ordinary shares from
2017 retained earnings.
