/KASE, September 3, 2019/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies you
that as of September 3, 2019 trading in bonds KZ2C00004034 (KASE alternative
market, category "bonds", BASTb1) of BAST (Almaty) was resumed on KASE.
Trading in said bonds was suspended on KASE from August 27, 2019 due to the
meeting of holders of said bonds on August 27, 2019.
Trading in said bonds was resumed due to the receipt by KASE of a letter from
BAST JSC dated September 2, 2019 in which it was said that the general meeting
of holders of said bonds scheduled for August 27, 2019 failed to take place due
to absence of quorum.
Earlier there was a related KASE news item dated August 26, 2019 "As of
